we have been lucky enough to get tickets to the Royal Ascot! It was our first time and we loved it so we decided to share some tips with you and show how amazing the atmosphere is 🙂
Make sure you wear a hat, it is great fun and make sure you bring some cash to place some bets on the horses.
My lovely friend DIta surprised me with the tickets for my birthday, thanks a million again for this amazing experience!
And thank you for Sahar for my lovely hat as well (www.saharmillinery.co.uk)!
this weekend I was lucky enough to go to Stockholm and see my lovely friend Amanda who moved there 6 months ago. She is from Brazil and I was with her when she walked in real snow the first time! Stockholm is beautiful and full of traditions. First time ever we have made you a quick interview where Amanda tells you some fun facts about Sweden and what she has learnt so far 🙂 She loves being there and I can completely understand why.
Stockholm is only 2 hours away from London so it is a perfect destination for a weekend. Very special place! Be prepared though, it is expensive :-S
With my lovely friend Dori we went to see Margate and the famous Shell Grotto! We loved it so much we thought it would be great to share it with you.
The ladies at the Grotto were beyond amazing, super helpful and full of knowledge of the town. Check out their website here: http://shellgrotto.co.uk/
this week we would like to show you how easy it is to do wall climbing. I am a proper starter and still managed to do the first two levels. It is very addictive and great fun. London offers many places and it is a great way to socialize. We have picked Arch Wall Climbing at Bermondsey (http://www.archclimbingwall.com).
This video was one of the first ones I have ever made and it was over a year ago. So nice to see how far we have come since 🙂
I have organized some group climbing this year and many of the guys are doing it regularly now which is great. And by the way my friend has just met Jared Leto while he was training so you never know, you might get as lucky as him.
I hope you will get inspired indeed and pack your kit now!
– use clothes you don’t mind to get ruined
– try to remember to take your liquid chalk purchased before or you end up with 5 of those at least (like me!)
– hire the shoes first then buy your ones once you got addicted
– book a lesson or find someone who has been before

thanks to Emily we had an amazing trip to Glastonbury and we can show you how magical this place is!
It is worth to get on the train or hire a car or even stay after the festival. It is unique and different, very spiritual and full of history. Don’t miss the Abbey, the Tor and the high street!
Discover your land!
Do you have a free Saturday? And the weather is good? Get on the tube and go to Swiss cottage or Finchley road! This is where you find the Sigmund Freud Museum, which is very interesting!
You can learn a lot about Freud and his family, why he escaped and what he achieved. You can see where he spent his last years and where his daughter Anna Freud lived as well! Full of history!
Then you can walk to Hampstead Heath and get some fresh air. Great places to get some food before you head to the park. If you have enough time and you re wearing comfy shoes you can walk for hours, the area is huge. Great view and a lot to discover. Also you can swim in the lake when the weather is super good.
Do not hesitate, get inspired and spend a day around Hampstead Heath!
this week we are showing you Free-jumping in London! Great activity, even when you are a beginner just like us. Super sweaty workout, great social activity and increases confidence significantly.
There are many people who show you how to do it, the guys are very helpful. We were lucky enough to meet Emily who was happy to share and teach. Since this video which was made last year we have organized many more and the feedback was overwhelming.
Watch this short teaser and get inspired, try out Free-jumping!
We would love to hear your feedback!
this weekend we had a great trip to Bristol! It is a beautiful city with awesome places! Also many activities and programs all the time. Last year we went to a Muppet weekend and visit some art galleries as well. We have created a quick mood video so you can get a great feel and get some inspiration. In the heart of the city there is a park with a great view, it is worth climbing up! The bridge is breathtaking and for the food and club lovers this city is heaven. You hardly need any money to get a drink or two 😉
It is very easy to get there from London and it takes only 1 hour 40 minutes. I had an amazing host, my lovely friend Emily (Big thank you!) 🙂 You can also check out all the Banksy paintings, they organize tours as well. We hope you like it!
when it is a sunny weekend it is worth to check out some beautiful parks in London. Have a picnic, go for a long walk or just get a tan. This week we took our ways with lovely friends to Holland park and Hyde park! They are both on the West side. You wouldn’t believe what an amazing hidden gem Holland park is. In the heart of the park you can find the famous Kyoto garden. Don’t miss it! London has so many sides, this one is a special one. Hyde park has the Kensington palace and it’s unique garden as well. I love all the parks and hopefully we can share more and more with you in the future 🙂
If you are wondering how you can find them you can check them out here: https://www.rbkc.gov.uk/leisure-and-culture/parks/holland-park https://www.royalparks.org.uk/parks/hyde-park
I have been lucky enough to spend a weekend in Cologne with my friend and she showed me all the great things you can do there!
We went to the forest which is right next to the city, we tried out scootering and played outdoor table tennis.
We went to the city and had a delicious cake in the Lindt chocolate museum.
We visited the Cathedral and some lakes around Cologne.
Had an amazing time! Highly recommended 🙂
